Harmony Through Resolution
Helping youth, families, and communities transform conflict into conversation through music, mentorship, and mediation.
Harmony Through Resolution

A personal message from me...
Conflict resolution has never been just a career for me—it is a calling.
Throughout my journey as a mediator, arbitrator, mentor, and minister, I have witnessed how a single conversation can change the course of a relationship, a family, or even an entire community. I've seen misunderstandings become reconciliation, anger become understanding, and division give way to peace. Those moments have only deepened my conviction that every person deserves the opportunity to learn the skills needed to communicate with wisdom, respect, and compassion.
I believe many conflicts do not begin with bad intentions—they begin with broken communication. When people are equipped with the tools to listen, understand different perspectives, manage emotions, and resolve disagreements peacefully, they become empowered to build stronger families, healthier workplaces, safer schools, and more united communities.
This is why N3W HOP3 Music & Mentorship Outreach is committed to teaching conflict resolution alongside mentorship and music. Music has the power to open hearts, mentorship builds trust, and conflict resolution provides practical tools that people can carry with them for a lifetime.
My faith is the foundation of this mission. Romans 14:19 reminds us, "WE SHOULD MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO DO WHAT LEADS TO PEACE" These words are more than a verse to me—they are a daily commitment. I believe we are called to be peacemakers who intentionally create opportunities for healing, understanding, and reconciliation wherever conflict exists.
My hope is that every person who encounters our organization leaves better equipped to communicate with grace, resolve conflict with confidence, and become a source of peace within their own family, workplace, school, church, and community.
If we can teach people how to communicate before conflict escalates, we can help change lives. And if we change enough lives, we can help transform communities.
That is why I do this. It is not simply what I do—it is who God has called me to be.
